Hi frnds. yesterday I book the cab from Uber, then the msg shows that the cab will be reach in 6mint. at the source.
After 5mint. Then the msg shows that the driver were cancelled the drive, and I talk to the driver and he says that -u didn't call me that's why it was cancelled from me, I said its OK. I'll book the cab second tym and then the description shows that the same cab which was previously cancelled by the driver. But it was fine from me.
Then the cab leaves the destination place and the fare is Rs-63.60 but it was under the free 10 rides and the driver shows the ride charges and I was too late for my classes then I gave him the fare and go the classes.
At the end of my classes then i'll check my free rides which has only 3 left rides on it. And then I see the fare of morning cab it shows Rs-00, I says WTF.the fare which was given from me it is not payable but the driver didnot say this.
then i'll call to the driver and tell him all the issues and he disconnect the phn and not receiving my call again.
And then I complaint to the UBER cab by using the app and then he cedited the fare money into my Credit on the Uber app.
Thankx to UBER services and its Loyality but frnd beware from this type of fraud things and not believe to the drivers Fare, CHECK UR OWN PHN BEFORE GIVING THE FARE into the cab rides.
