I engaged an uber cab on 18 Jan 2017 to go from Velacheri to urappakkam the fare was Rs 322.78 .The amount was to be collected from the linked Debit card and hence the driver did not ask for any cash. Now when I tried to book another cab it says the previous amount could not be taken from the card and the amount is outstanding. I am ready to pay cash along with my next trip but I am not allowed to book another trip at all. I did not get much help from the mobile number provided in he app. I need a solution to my problem please.
