Basically uber is an american technology company which develops, markets and operates uber car transportation and food delivery app. The worst thing about uber is that the cab booked never comes on time and also never to the exact place. The drivers whom uber had employed have less knowledge of roots. They always keep asking for the position and not able to find u.
Although the uber service is a bit different from others as the price is calculated before the ride but the service is less user friendly .uber have its website and android app which is not at all user friendly and bad interface . the food dilevery service is worst .the customer service of uber is moderate then also the drivers wish to have 5 star rating .uber is having a pretty decent service but can be improved . but for now I'll give 2 star rating.
