Uber is customer Nightmare company I have use ola & uber, now I realise both are similer to each other , when you book a ride it took a lot of time at least 25 minute when so called captain came at pick point, so they did not inform us not even one single call or message, how we know they are outside, if we realise them you drive too slowly and have took longest route so they suddenly start dispute with you, most of them they don't know where to drop the customer , unhappy with application and policies , they should not able to adjust the fare without you consulting , , 'absolute Crooks',
This is really useless app Uber Make double profit by insiting customer to pay twice , , even this happend with me lot of time , mostly I m in hurry so I never dispute with them , they always took the advantage of the situation , .
