Being a frequent travel. I used to travel a lot from cabs. But the service provided by uber cabs are very dissapointing. For the same pickup and dropping point they charges differently. Also the driver never comes to the correct pickup point. They parks few metres away and asks us to be there as if the cab has booked us. Also sometimes their drivers calls, ask for drop location and cancle the ride. And the cancellation fee is for customer no matter if the fault is of customer or driver. Also they have no policy of refund. Thr prebooked driver comes 15 min early and then cancles the ride saying customer didn't came on time. And when we complaint about this to their customer care service they says it's not their problem it's customers problem. They provide such a pathetic service. Not recommended.
