I and my family had travelled many times in uber cabs, cash payment is good it is way cheaper than normal taxi but it depends on driver ho they serve customers. its way cheaper than others cabs like ola, etc in our Area. but driver takes much more time to arrive on the location, and also takes 10 to 20 rs extra as mentioned in uber app .i was quiet happy with their services few times but once it took almost 1 hour to arrive in my location .i think uber has to improve selecting their driver or keep seperate test for uber driver and uber cab app also doesnot work properly many places it doesnot detect any cars at nearby area.
