I booked a uber cab. I needed to go Gurgaon from Ghaziabad. Driver came after 15min and refuse to go Gurgaon. He said "he has no permit." I had same experience twice with uber. then I had to book Ola cab. Both time Ola went to Gurgaon.
I dont want to say Uber is bad. I think they just dont have interstate facility. if you want to travel local then Uber wont have any problem.
