Uber technology, inc . Commonly known as uber is an American technology based company . Thier are various service like food delivery , package delivery in Which ridehaling & rental vehicle is one of them . This is just what uber is all about . BUT

In India thier major facility ridehaling is sometimes trun out to be disaster. Because thier cab service is really not up to poing even not good actually. Booking a cab on uber is a task on it's own. Whenever you book a ride and call the driver for the direction for your pickup thier first qus will be where do you want to go and anyhow you tell them any place which is not comfortable for them or a bit far they will cancel the ride or they will just hang up and wait until you cancel I have faced this issue serval time not once not twice. I had my exam in the moring and they just refuse to go one by another they were just denied. Even I had to lie about my drop location then the one driver came and after I just sit in the car he refused to go . I payed him extra 300rs because I had very less time left to reach my exam center. I had faced this many time this is just one of that time .

Although uber should take some action and make some professionalism in there cab driver . If I have to face all these issue with paying extra money why shouldn't I just go for auto.

Bounce - you can book uber rental because there is less cancelation and you can stop wherever you want it's very convenient but a bit worthy expensive .
