Uber cab is one of the largest and popular cab service which is mainly operational in delhi ncr and bangalore . I also considered it as a good cab service earlier .But my view about uber changed after I booked a cab. I booked a cab from ghaziabad railway station to my home.When I got booking confirmation then I called driver and then he told me that he is just 5 minutes away from the station.So I waited for him about 10 minutes.After 10 minutes I again called him and then he said that he is a new driver so he does not know the location .Then through repeated calls and my instructions he managed to reach the station 20 minutes later.Then after being settled in the cab I began to have a chat with him and I came to know that actually the cab was registered on someone else name and the driver was new to the place and had no driving license even which was a great security risk. How can uber allow such fraud activities? So from that day I never used uber rather I opted other cab services like ola, meru etc.
