Uber across last few months have really impressed others with their services.
Uber is the oldest in the industry and the business idea is copied by other companies like OLA who is doing excellent.
Though there are multiple demerits of it. Some of them are described below:
Uber provides a job opportunity for those who have their own vehicles and few documents which are enough to ride which means these are not professional chaffeurs and poor knowledge of the roads.
Surge pricing on weekends when me need more rides . The surge multiplier makes uber unaffordable.
No over the phone support. In order to reach the customer care executive we need to email and have to wait for their responses. Somethings delayed replies adds to the pain.
Not much variety of cabs are available. The uberPOOL is not available like the OLA share ride.
