My UBER broke down in the middle of journey. I had to book another Cab . The driver refused to come to the point where I booked the new cab. He misbehaved and used abusive language on phone. Despite 4-5 written complaints, no action was taken by UBER against him. Very very unprofessional drivers as well as Company
