I usually take rides with uber due to its good service and fare rate. I was so happy with uber but today it disappointed me very very bad. I booked uber 0620 hrs from gurgaon to faridabad and it expected arrival time was 13 minutes but after lapse of one hour cab not arrived my location and I miss my train. I have reservation in train and it was a lost of money due to uber.uber cab facility is good during day time and its services is very very bad during night. I am going to complain shuch loss of money against uber.
