I have a very bad experience in uber crabs. I live in shibpur howrah near nabanna which is a well known place with good transport system but when I booked uber they could not provide me service at that moment.
The other thing is the high cost. They don't have any fixed rate. It depends upon the driver. You have to pay what the driver wants. This was surprising for me. I was in a early need of taxi during GURGA PUJA and I booked uber from the app. But on receiving my phone call the driver demanded extra prize. This we as very disappointing.
Overall I had a very bad experience. I am not going to use uber service any more.
