I booked a uber car for journey from pune to lonavala, from booking cab took 1 hour to reach at pickup point , reason said by driver is traffic problem.
But at the time of booking driver said that he would reach at pickup point in 15 minutes. I was wonder when I saw the car its not in good condition , car was not clean inside I saw some signs of spitting inside the car, its not comfortable for me and my friends to sat inside the car.
AC was not working properly so I asked reason to driver, but driver not replied anything , so rude. In terms of application its hangging a little bit while booking and searching location I think app need some update.
