I would like to share my experience with Uber cabs. I'm using Uber cab for last two months. There are so many worst experience I had.
1) - Once I booked the Uber pool, after 10 mins driver call me and me that where u going for I told the address when I go for then he told me I m just arriving. After few minutes I notified that your ride cancelled by driver. Then I booked 2nd cab so the fare calcuted for both 1st ride cancelled by drive and that particular ride. The cancelled ride not even cancelled by even if I paid for it.
2)- just a few days ago, I booked ubergo and they show estimate fare 96-105 INR. After arriving my location driver calculate fare which is online when I saw the amount I'm shocked it was 196rupees . You can imagine how they are cheat us.
There are so many experiences but these two are enough to know their service.
