I have been an avid user of cab services for the past 2 years and I would say Uber is the best. The prices ( when compared to OLA) are considerably low. The condition of the cars are really good and the cab drivers are good riders and welcome any suggestions.
All my experiences are good but except this one time, where I booked a cab from the Airport to my home and the cab driver arrived on time but when I got into the cab it was stinking cigarette. I was really angry on him as I was with my family and there was a year old child that would obviously be affected with the tobbaco. I talked to the driver and he acknowledged his mistake, he asked me to give him two minutes. Later he used some room fresheners and asked me to forgive him and not write anything about this in the review.
