I used Uber cab while commuting to Yeshwantpur railway station in Bangalore, availing the free ride on registration. While this was comfortable. on my way back was extremely cumbersome as none of the drivers were ready to pick us up from the back gate(facing Metro station).
All cabs kept saying they are on the other side & would take anywhere between half hour to an hour to come & asked us to cancel. This left with a very bad experience & had to go for a Ola cab instead which promptly showed up in minutes.
