UBER CABS ARE CRAP, STAY AWAY FROM UBER, they will deduct our amount without our knowledge+ NO customer support+ NON Transperent APP+ FALSE COMMITMENTS.
They also ask you to add credit card details / PAYTM account so they can deduct the money who much or whenever they want without our knowledge. I beard the cost because of their technical error. THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, Read the below email from UBER
Last week, we were alerted of a technical glitch which allowed users to enter a new-user promotion code - TataSky15 - and see a message confirming 2 free rides(instead of seeing an error message). Upon being alerted about this issue, we immediately resolved this error. In the meantime, there were a few riders who incorrectly received a confirmation message for free rides.
Unfortunately, there were no'real' free rides transferred, and this was an error in communication. This code remains to be valid for new users only and will not result in free rides for existing Uber users. We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused and appreciate your understanding in this matter. Happy to help with any questions or concerns here.
