Recently I have booked a taxi from UBER, and the experience was quite bad, this makes me to share my bad experience with you guys to save your money and time.
First of all the website is nicely designed and has great UI which makes the customer easily book the taxi, now about my experience with them, when I booked my cab, it was scheduled to come in 10 minutes, since I was getting late for station so I badly needed it in time, but the cab driver contacted me after 20 mins, he was 10 mins late and when I asked him why he was late, he started arguing with me which made me really frustated, after I while in my cab, I told him to ride fast since I was getting late, he did not responded and continued driving in same speed, I requested him three times.
Overall I was pissed off his behaviour and puntuality and contacted the customer care to complain about him, but their service was also very bad, they told me they cannot do anything.
Their services are extremely bad and their drivers are misbehaved, worst experience.
