Recently after a long time I had to travell through the cab service so as usual I installed the application and booked a cab and I have observed many glitches.
Coming to the application it took me a lot of while to login itself and when I order for a cab the button isnt working.
And the payment options are really bad and when I select the cash payment it sometimes it asks me for the card details.
And the maps too arent that precise when compared with the other cab operators.
Totally I would rate their service 2 upon 5.
