This app is great, I use it at night or in low light surroundings, its features like colour temperature regulator and the red colour intensity and the timing to use it makes it great, this app works on scientific method, it really prevents our eyes from blue light, without it my eyes would pain and get tired but with it my eyes get relaxed, I loved it, I u spend a lot time on internet or using Mobile phones then u must use it.
