Today went to siddhivinayak TVS service center, Goregaon(W), MBI. Very horrible experience from giving my TVS WEGO for servicing to receiving it back. It took me all the way to go to Motilal Nagar No.1, Near Siddharth Hospital, Goregaon(W) from santacruz(W) as no service center of TVS is near by unlike HONDA, HERO, Etc. I reached there @ 10.40 AM. Finally the person attended at 11.50 AM. I was told that I need to pay Rs.400 for Paid service for which some 6 to 8 types of service are provided. For oil change Rs. 275+50+50. Extra if any parts or service are provided. That Supervisor Pankaj Upadhyay also told to take the Clutch O/h service for which Service charges will be Rs 350. I agreed. Then for cleaning tank Rs 150. Choke cable fixing service charges Rs 150.
But what actually happened is they did all the extra work leaving the regular Paid Service of Rs 400. But finally charged me this undone Paid service as well. They did not even changed my Oil for which they charged Rs 275 which I checked with local mechanic. Finally they did charged the extra service tax on Labour charges of 12% but the exact figure is higher than to be charged.
I do want to post the photos of the bills & job sheet as well to show how much they are cheating the people.
