I purchased my TVS GLX 10 months ago.I was pretty happy with my bikes look and performance till the first service. I have seen 3 TVS service centres in Delhi and all are providing awful free service. My bike which was giving average of around 60km/l started giving average of 52 km/l. I showed it to TVS Service centre but to no help. Either I was persuaded that my bike was fine or I had to make arguments with the service centre personnels. I wrote several times to and then only service centre people took me seriously and my bike started giving mileage. Now , my bike's kick gets free and at times doesnot go beyond 50km/hr and CO level has risen and many few more things. In short TVS bike is good but is made awful by the service centres. I would recommend this bike only if one checks the quality of after sale service he will get from the dealer or near by service centre or has time to write mails to TVS.
