I recently got a TVS star city Bike which belongs to TVS star Family and I am quite happy that I have this bike with me now.
Initially , I was hesitant to go for TVS bikes because heard a lot about the starting probems with TVS bikes.But believe me this is something exceptional as even during cold mornings here in B'lore never experienced starting problem.Mileage is above 65 plus if you drive responsibly.
One more thing is about the shocks in star city bikes.The shocks are adjustable in the sense if you think the roads are full of potholes you could manually adjust the shocks to get more suspension and less trouble to your back muscles.
Styling is ok with decent instrumentation panel and smooth gear shifting.
I'd recommend this bike if your budget is around 40K and needs good mileage and less maintenance.
Its a real star in this 100 cc segment.
