I am planning to buy TVS STAR CITY PLUS, but wanted information on the bike.  Kindly advice.  Should is go with HERO HF DELUXE or TVS STAR CITY PLUS. Request your input and kind advise.  Also, let me know about the mileage and maintenance.


Looks are good in both bikes, but am confused.  Any Hero owners, suggestions welcome and same way TVS owners suggestions welcome.  Kindly suggest as soon as possible as am planning to buy bike within 10 days
