Last December I bought this bike, low mileage (40-45) only, top speed 90. I ride daily 40-50 kilometres. My last bike was TVS star city 110 cc bike. My uncle used this bike, good mileage, so I chose it. But do not use TVS Phoenix bike. It is a waste of my money, no mileage, no speed.
Totally waste of my money, so avoid this bike. But bike comfort, control is very super.
Bike price is Rs. 63, 000 but no quality.
