TVS is a big brand in electronics and some of its products are worth to buy. But website of company and customer care is just third grade. I called customer care for a POS machine which I purchased online as it was not available online. I Called for demo and CCE gave me number of local service center. There is no fix charge. Either it can be 500 or 1000. TVS don't bother that how much their customer is being charged. CCE told me that you should contact sales helpline before buying. Now number of sale division 18002005123 is not in service and the service team having CCE like mr Anil Kumar are just best who can make the customer to realize that why he purchased online. There is no information of delar on website as page is under construction.
In fact there is no email id on website on which you can approach TVS
This is what TVS is. Think twice.
