Very recently I bought 180ABS black 2012. On road price is 94000 rs in Guntur , AP. It’s giving 43 kmpl in city and the ABS, its working cool. before buying, I suspected how efficient TVS ABS technology will be.. but it’s splendid.. kudos TVS
I thought, is it a wise decision to put 9000rs more for ABS variant? but compared with Honda CBR250, there is diff of 30000 rs for ABS nd Non ABS variant. But ABS really helps us in better safety and in emergency braking.
The only thing that irritated me is, after 2 days I bought it, the handle bar weight(at throttle grip) nut got loose and about to drop while on ride. luckily I noticed and went to service centre and got tightened in 10 minutes.It came with improper screwing from factory.The white led lights at headlight are beautiful for this black colour variant especially at dawn and dusk times.
Initially, I planned to go for KTM duke 200.. but in terms of budget, mileage, maintenance costs and its on-road price is 1.4 lacs, I ended up with 180 ABS.
Anyway, my overall experience till now is amazing with my Rtr180 and I am really in love with dis black beauty.
