I have been using this bike since 2008, it has a FAULTY GEAR SYSTEM, (the gears are too hard to shift). I have taken this to a number of different tvs service centers in Bangalore like Ashram (manageability), Vijayanagar TVS service near Ashton pillar (near Krishnamurti nursing home), sunshine near Nirvana stores etc, but none of them could correct the problem.
They would do something to make it smooth temporarily but after 3 to 4 days from service the same problem occurs. If you take after 3 to 4 days and complain again, the mechanics would say the bike is perfectly fine. I suggest them to ride Honda Unicorn once and check how the gear system should be.
Also if you are going in highway after speed of 60 the bike makes a lot of vibrations. I would not recommend this bike to anybody.
