Im using TVS Apache 150(The First Model). Till date(April 2012) 41000km, there is no as such Problem. Mileage is above 50km/ltr in Kolkata City. Engine smoothness & Road Grip is awesome.
The most important thing is when Im riding this Bike I can feel that Im riding a heavy Engine like 150cc but I never got such feeling when riding Pulsar or Discover. I traveled many states https://youtu.be/-rXZLAdbqjU in India. I also traveled abroad https://youtu.be/x7KaF0CcP3A by road with Apache 150. But I never got any troubles during those long long journeys. Ive modified https://youtu.be/Iv6xu0GH1J0 my dream bike a little bit. You can ride the bike easily in 15-20km/hr during rear wheel punctured. I never faced any problem during Pollution testing. I always maintained it with TVS Authorized Service Centres.
I faced a problem that the Head light is very poor while riding in National Highways after daylight.
Its maintenance cost it quiet high rather than Bajaj.
