I was one of the participants in a chat show on different kinds of mothers, telecast in one of the Jeevanachakra programmes on TV9 on a Sunday morning. Pemmaiah of TV 9 invited me to participate in the chat show and I agreed for the benefit of the viewers.
We were taken to the Studio on 11th February evening for recording our thoughts on parenting.
Pemmaiah had promised to give a DVD or CD of the programme for our keep. The programme was aired on the first Sunday of March if I am right, not sure of the date as we got to see it when someone else told us that it was being telecast.
Despite having participated in the show when my father was in ICU - which Pemmaiah knew - no one bothered to tell us the telecast date of the program. Till date, we have not got any recording of the programme, inspite of repeated follow-up calls with Pemmaiah.
I had put a reminder on Pemmaiah's Facebook page, but no response came. Calls to his active mobile number are not responded to by him. I wrote to Ms. Radhika Rani who had interviewed us for the show and she suggested that we contact your office.
The office number just does not connect, the email also does not work. This shows their gross disregard towards the participants who make their show interesting.
How bad can that be?!
