🚨 WORST DRY CLEANING EXPERIENCE | REFUND SCAM BY TUMBLEDry ( Machhua toli patna)
I am beyond disgusted with the service and attitude of Tumbledry . I had given a lehenga for dry cleaning, and when I received it back, it had tiny holes all over damage that CLEARLY happened during their process. The lehenga was in perfect condition when I submitted it. The staff had no courtesy, no explanation, and definitely no accountability.
I raised a complaint on 4th June and followed up repeatedly, but all Ive received is excuses and silence. The store manager refuses to pick up calls or gives useless reasons like we need the original purchase bill of the lehenga to process the refund. Who the hell asks for a lehenga bill from 2020 for a cleaning refund?! Its absurd and clearly a delaying tactic.
Even when I tried getting the bill from the shop where I bought it, they obviously didnt have a record that old. Still, Tumbledry didnt care. Theyre just buying time hoping Ill shut up and go away. Guess what? Im not.
I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, and if I dont get my refund, Ill escalate this legally and publicly. I have screenshots, call logs, and photos of the damage.
And to the store manager: Your unprofessionalism and ignorance is noted. If Tumbledry as a brand has any integrity, someone from higher management should contact me IMMEDIATELY and settle this. Till then, Ill keep posting the truth everywhere.
DO NOT TRUST TUMBLEDry WITH YOUR CLOTHES. Theyll ruin them and then disappear.
