I took a silver package from Tumbledry and used their service thrice for blanket wash. Then I gave them my blazer for drycleaning in the start of Dec'24. Today is 25th Dec and I am still struggling to get my blazer. As per them they have delivered my blazer to God knows who. I call them every day 3 times atleast and they are just tossing me around between store and backend team. Surprisingly they don't speak to each other. Every time I call them I hear the same crap that they are escalating my concern to the higher authority.
