Very poor expereince . wrong communication shared by the store people and the customer care. at first the customercare agent says pickup is free whereas the store agent at AECS layout says if pickup above 5km then its 128 rs service charge. after speaking to the customercare for the second time they infomred the agent who will come to pickup will provide receipt for the clothes taken but the agent denied to do the same. there is no proof of agent taking the clothes . the pickup agent from the madhevpura store simply disconnected the call
