I took two global SIM cards for use by family during my trip to China & Thailand. Neither worked. One of them did accept a call on one day and the other did manage to make a call on one day. Other than that, it was a total waste.
Once out in those countries, I realized that the best option is to take a local card once there. Works best. In any case TSIM is a really bad choice.
I must add that they did refund my money.
