Past 5months ago I had booked a ticket to chennai through this TruJet.Initally I faced lot of problem while booking the ticket, the website was getting error many times due to website problem after Somehow got 1 seat booked.Checkin counter people were restless they took 20min to check details of 1 person.on the day of boarding the flight was almost 4hrs late.And when I got into flight, my seat was conjusted and I asked for a change over, those staff were very rude and told cant change the seat.
