I tried to book a ticket from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad on'Travolook.in' on 5th Jan 2022.
The ticket was booked and money was deducted as well. But after some time a mail was sent to me saying that ticket got cancelled due to technical error. Therefore I called up the Cust.care number and after a long wait, the executive told me that the refund is initiated and it will be reflect in the account automatically.
There was nothing automatic about it.
No refund is initiated except for a mail.
I followed up several times on Cust. care number. They have a standard reply'your refund will be processed in 5 to 7 days time'.
Today is 65th day and I have sent 27 reminders on mail, apart from phone calls.
I have not received any refund yet.
The Cust. Care executives are not capable of assisting. They simply give standard reply' your refund will be processed in 5 to 7 days'.
Guys be careful this site.
You may also get looted.
There are other honest websites to book tickets. Try them.
