I read the advertisment of travelocity offering guaranteed lowest price air tickets or else fly for free if u find a lower price than theirs price.
I booked a ticket through them for kolkata to bangalore as it really displayed the lowest price among the other websites.
But as soon as I paid the bill the bill through mu credit card I was shocked to see the confirmation page of my ticket with 500 rs extra added to my fare without my knowledge or permission.
Their customer care service was extremely bad and neither they offered any free tickets for the high price ticket(against their slogan of guaranteed lowest price ticket)
