"The customer is not always right, but he is the customer!' How rarely do we find a company, and an individual, who takes this maxim to heart!. Desiya/TravelGuru do exactly that.
This is an organisation that really does go the extra mile. I am a professional businessman, with a complex itinerary to undertake in India over some two months. I am having to constantly re-arrange, re-schedule and re-prioritise my arrangements, and I have never had anything but rapid, efficient and courteous service from Vijay and the team.
The World will be facing hard times in the next few years, only the good will survive, and only the best will prosper. I venture to suggest that Desiya will be amongst that latter group. I will almost certainly be insisting that the rest of our organisation uses this company on a regular basis when arrangements need to be made for travel or accommodation within India. A most sincere "thank you!"
