I booked a flight through TravelChaCha and I cancelled it. And I regret having done a transaction through this website as I encountered a worst customer service. First of all, they dont have an official email id. They use Gmail accounts for official communication which made me sceptic. When I refunded the ticket, they didnt refund me the money even after 40 days. In spite of repeated mails/calls, I still didnt get a response. Their telephone lines are useless. When you call, you won't hear what the other person is saying, and when they transfer the call to other departments, it just gets disconnected.
NEVER BOOK ANYTHING IN THIS WEBSITE. It is my humble request. If still you need to book, go ahead at your own risk.
