I am using a multimedia mobile phone from 6 years. I bought a Transcend Micro card from a mobile shop. It was a 8 GB memory card and the shop gave me a warranty of 1 year. I was happy with the claim the shopkeeper and brand made so I bought this. I used this memory card for some time but soon after 2 months of use, the card became corrupted one day.
Then I went to the shopkeeper but he told me to send the memory card to the transcend office at Delhi, so I sent it and with an application of replacing it as it was under warranty. But even after 2 months, no reply came from Delhi and I had sent them mails and called there, but no replacement and nothing from their side. I am very disappointed from the service of this brand and the shopkeeper did not helped a bit.
