Transcend Pen drives are really a mark maker in our data storage technology. I don't remember the exact date/year when I had my first pen drive but it was Transcend & till It's with me in working condition. I can say that I'm using it for more than 10-12 years. The price label printed on that pen-drives packet was Rs. 1600 for the 2 GB Pendrive with Red band on its neck. You may believe or not once I washed my pendrive 3 rounds in washing machine inside my pocket with it's cap locked & it has no damage, works as usual.
This is due to good built of drives body cover & tight caps what protected the drive from water. Now i've more than 5 Transcend pen drives with different design & capacity but still likes the old one. When pen drives connected to a new PC, software installation & detecting of drive is very quick & smooth. Data transfer rate is also fast as you expect. Durability already I mentioned with my experiences. Never faced any issues related to data transfer, device detection, drive corrupt or damage, virus issues etc. Pendrive formatting & cleaning are easy as usual. So when you want a new Flashdrive go for a very known drive & that's Transcend.
