Worst ever experienced with Trans cargo, never book them for house items shifting, they damaged of 40000 Rs items, though instructed earlier, also while packing.
Did not use bubble wraps, Damages = Fridge, cot, cloths, Sofa, glass items.
Also called for fixing it, they promised but no one came even after 1 week.
I had to book another packers to set goods at my new house
