Please be alert before making transaction with TRADUS . This site will make you false promise.I bought a mobile through this site, on 26th of October. first they asked documents when I refuse and told not to process they debited my account.Their Customer care executive told when we get back mobile we made refund.but moral of the story they did not shipped my mobile they shipped after four days but I was informed on 27th they shipped the goods so they cant cancel order.I am still waiting my goods to return back.
service is very much pathetic.
