I purchased Mobile Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102 IMEI 352272/05/514287/0, 352272/05/514287/8 from Tradus Vide Dispatch Note 45048187640/01-09. On receiving goods I found that it was faulty. I tried to contact Tradus but there is no contact no. given on their site. I somehow came to know that their no. is 0124-6777005 but no body picks up the phone.
On calling IBIBO (Mother concern of tradus No. 0124-6749000.) the lady operator rudely said it is not their job. Now tell me where should I go and where to contact I feel I am cheated.
