Don't buy anything in tradus. they are cheating us. Review on Tradus

I bought a car body cover for my car (SX4). they sent it with in 3-4 days. But I am not satisfied due to the below reasons.

1. Cover is very dirty. Looks like its used one.

2. Stitches are not good. its broken at some places.

3. Car is not getting covered fully.

4. There is no provision to cover the side mirror and there is gap as the cover is not properly fitting. So it wont be suitable for windy weather.

So I sent mail to customer care  and requested to refund the amount. Also I was ready to return the item to them.

They discussed with the seller and then sent mail to me saying that they will arrange the reverse pick up soon.

Almost 2 months gone. Still I didnt get any update from tradus. Mean time I sent many mails to tradus customer care. they are not responding properly.

I would request all the online purchasers not to buy anything in Tradus. they are really cheating us...........
