I received my dell xcd 35 phone in unsealed condition and with no battery! one scratch on the back panel.no micro sd card also! :( TRADUS ARE CHEATERS! I do not recommend this site to anyone!
No VAT/TIN of the merchant was there. And when I mailed them regarding the issue, just got a system generated mail that I will get a response in 48-72 hours. And in fact after 4 days(96 hours), I didn't get any response from them. And there is no contact number of them, the only way to contact them is email only.
