I have some xtrabucks with Tradus. Whenever I try to redeem them, it shows that the server is upgrading since last 20 days. Everybody knows that a Software is tested before implementing and it doesn't take ages. Few hours are okay. But in case of Tradus, it seems that the App programming has just bee started and it could take an indefinite time.


Or they are getting bank corrupt and don't have the money to redeem the Xtrabucks. They lure you into shopping but then backtrack on Xtrabucks. Any request for clarification goes unheard. My shopping experience with Tradus was most hopeless. The order was shipped close to deadlines. The cust. care rarely responded. God forbid, if you pay and the courier is misplaced, there will be no one to help you as the customer care is non existent.


They just have email support which rarely works. You may have to make a trip to their office if anything goes wrong. It is better to buy from some other site even 500-1000 more expensive  for mental peace. Also you get to use the item immediately. I was given the phone after more than 10 days of ordering. I repented saving Rs 500. Thankfully I received the item or I would have to Spend Extra BUCKs to make a trip to their office for refund.


(Guess Xtrabucks means what you will have to spend further JUST IN CASE the item is not delivered although it has been shipped)!
