Never buy any product from Tradus. Review on Tradus

If want to do online shopping go for any online shopping portal but never for tradus. Company is full of unprofessional guys.I ordered a wireless headphone on 12 May.Yet now I don't have got my product.As per website product was shipped but was returned to vendor.I called customer care and after 10 time some one picked the phone.She asked me like "Kaun bol raha hai".No civilized way of talking.When I asked her is it the way of talking. She abused and said Shut Up.I don't remember the name of that lady.

I placed a request for refund but yet now don't have got any feedback.More than 5 emails sent to them but no one bother to reply them.I called vendor and he simply refused that he didn't get the product back.I told him that as per courier company website product was sent back and was received with comapny stamp.He told me that when he get the product back will send again.

I will never advise any one to shop with tradus.Worst website and service I ever experienced.
