Sold me a charger that did not work

I bought a Samsung charger from tradus.com - it arrived in 3 days - but packaging looked as if tampered with and the charger itself did not work.


I wrote to tradus.com -they said that seller has sent item as advertised therefore they will not return or replace.


They are highly arrogant - they should learn something from flipkart. They did not even say sorry in their mail. Also - the charger did not work even once - of course they ignored this point.


Glad that it was just a 200-300 rs transaction. throwing the charger into the garbage bin.
